Duties
Deliver engaging classroom instruction on dog grooming techniques, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
Demonstrate grooming procedures including bathing, trimming, styling, and finishing touches to students
Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help students improve their skills
Supervise practical grooming sessions,



ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Assess student progress through practical tests and ongoing performance reviews
Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages questions, creativity, and skilled growth

Skills
Minimum 5 years experience in professional dog grooming
Ability to teach grooming to students with a variety of starting abilities and knowledge
Strong knowledge of dog grooming tools, techniques, breed standards, and safety practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently
Passion for animal welfare combined with a talent for instructing diverse learners
Commitment to ongoing professional development in grooming trends and teaching methodologies
Solid multitasking skills

Pay: $28.00 per hour
