As the Director of Preconstruction, your mission is to develop competitive, actionable project strategies while ensuring thorough estimating and planning processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align preconstruction efforts with TNDC’s strategic goals, promoting safety and operational excellence throughout. Key Responsibilities:
Implement preconstruction processes tailored to project needs
Oversee the preparation of competitive project estimates
Collaborate on construction methodologies and logistics




Monitor performance against project plans and assumptions
Build relationships with clients and industry partners Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 15 years in heavy civil or industrial settings
Proven leadership in estimating and project delivery
Familiarity with HeavyBid and construction scheduling tools
