Your role involves advising senior figures and operationalizing ambiguous development needs into strategic products and processes. You’ll also focus on instilling best practices in onboarding and assessment while using data to enhance leadership effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive coaching lifecycle from intake to measurement
Oversee onboarding for Senior Directors and other leaders




Integrate coaching insights with talent management strategies
Develop playbooks for effective executive coaching practices
Employ metrics to evaluate leadership and succession planning Requirements:
