As a senior leader, you will oversee all operational and procurement strategies at APEX, directly reporting to the COO.

Responsibilities will involve supplier management, quality assurance, and contributing to a zero-incident safety culture. Your expertise in strategic procurement and operational leadership will drive significant business improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Direct APEX’s fabrication, warehouse, and logistics functions
Manage financial performance including P&L; accountability
Lead QA initiatives to ensure compliance with specifications




Foster a culture of safety across all operations
Negotiate contracts and oversee supplier management strategies

Requirements:
8–13 years of progressive leadership in fire safety or contracting
Deep experience in strategic sourcing and negotiation
Robust fluency with ERP systems in procurement and operations
Proven management of P&L; in fabrication settings
Preferential knowledge of fire protection supplies and materials
