On Track HVAC is hiring full‑time D2D Lead Acquisition Specialist to help educate homeowners on new and existing home heating upgrade programs.

What You’ll Do
Canvass residential neighbourhoods and speak directly with homeowners
Introduce available HVAC rebates, heat pump programs, and home heating promotions
Generate qualified leads for our Sales Consultants
Educate homeowners on government incentives, financing options, and energy‑efficient heating systems
Represent On Track HVAC professionally and build trust in the community
Track leads and activity accurately in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Positive, self‑motivated, and comfortable speaking face‑to‑face
Reliable transportation is an asset
Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required




We provide full training and ongoing support

Compensation
Full time (40 hours/week)
$16.75/hour + commission
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
