In this crucial leadership position, you will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance donor engagement and community partnerships.

Collaborating with the Executive Director, you will foster relationships with government agencies and key philanthropic partners, ensuring essential services continue for those in need. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee the development of fundraising campaigns and events
Implement strategies to attract major gifts and grants
Manage impactful donor communications and stewardship
Report on fundraising efforts and revenue growth Requirements:
8–10 years in senior fundraising roles
Proven expertise in cultivating donor relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in donor management software
