This role partners closely with business leaders, project management teams, and regional finance teams to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive operational and financial performance improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring financial plans align with business prioritiesDeliver timely monthly management reporting, including financial dashboards, variance analysis, and actionable insights for senior leadershipPartner with business and project teams to assess financial performance, project profitability, and new business opportunitiesIdentify financial risks and opportunities and translate complex analysis into clear, practical recommendationsDevelop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investments,
