Lexus is known for its quality, reliability, attention to detail, and strong focus on the customer experience. Our technicians play a big part in keeping that standard through the quality of their work.As a Lexus Technician, you'll work on a range of Lexus vehicles and get hands‐on experience with the brand's technology, diagnostic systems, and repair procedures. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in doing the job properly, keeping vehicles safe and reliable, and providing customers with the level of service they expect from Lexus.Pay Range: $38.00 to $44.00 hourly flat rate depending on certification and level of experience.A Day in the LifeDiagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standardsPerform thorough vehicle inspections with accurate documentation and measurementsIdentify mechanical and electrical issues, recommend solutions, and communicate findings clearly to Service teamPartner with Service Advisors to provide updates on repair timelines or recommend additional safety workConduct road tests and pre-delivery inspections on new inventory to ensure every vehicle leaving the shop is in top conditionCoordinate with the Parts Department to source what you need and manage warranty labelingAssist fellow technicians when needed to maintain overall shop productivityMaintain a clean, protected, and organized work environment at all timesFollow all company policies, procedures,
