This position requires a solid understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Construction Manager will be based on an exciting major Power Transmission project based in the province of Ontario. Your role Manages the owner's'oversight activities with respect to construction coordination and inspection. Works collaboratively with the contractor's construction management team to coordinate the delivery of the works. Manages the owner's construction management team incl. Deputy Construction Manager and Construction Inspectors for the sub-program.



Provides subject matter expertise with respect to construction management and general project delivery matters. Supports design management to confirm suitability for procurement and construction. Participates in constructability, scope management, and value engineering reviews during design. Oversees the contractor's construction activity to determine and report on whether program specifications are followed. Actively manages, monitors, and reports on the status of the project construction progress and schedule. Supports the commercial process as part of the contractor's application for
