Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and clarity
Assist with seating arrangements, reservations, and waitlist management to optimize guest flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and surrounding areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy daytime hours
Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly, aiming for swift resolution and satisfaction
Skills
Excellent guest services and customer service skills with a positive attitude
Previous experience in serving, hospitality, or food service roles is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, including clear phone etiquette and active listening
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, especially Micros POS, is preferred
Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Basic knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus
Reliable team player with a proactive approach to assisting guests and colleagues
