Duties
Supervise and monitor children during play, learning activities, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety at all times
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
Assist children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, dressing, and hygiene practices
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care




Follow all licensing regulations and safety protocols to ensure compliance and a secure setting for everyone

Skills
Proven classroom experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued
Strong teaching abilities to facilitate learning through play-based methods
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Compassionate caregiving skills with a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families
