In the Pharos Data & Analytics team, you will own the technical direction of data engineers and influence the development roadmap.

Your mission includes building scalable data architecture and enabling data-driven decisions for enhanced security outcomes. Collaboration with product owners will be essential as you prioritize tasks aligned with business impact. Key Responsibilities:
Set technical direction and facilitate team unblocking
Partner with stakeholders to outline backlog priorities
Oversee end-to-end data product delivery
Architect batch and streaming pipelines using PySpark
Ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency of data workflows

Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on data engineering and 2+ years of leadership
Solid expertise in Python and PySpark programming
Proven experience with Databricks and complex SQL queries
Knowledge of cloud services, preferably Azure
Skills in Terraform for resource deployment
