As a Full time Centre Director, you will manage all aspects of the childcare centre, from staff recruitment to regulatory compliance.

You'll ensure that all educators are well-trained and understand their objectives. Keeping families informed about their children’s progress is also paramount to this position. Key Responsibilities:
Administer overall centre operations and enforce regulations
Lead recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives
Manage financial tasks including payroll and communications
Facilitate positive family interactions regarding children’s progress
Ensure staff compliance with regulatory training requirements Requirements:
Valid RECE membership with the Ontario College of ECE
Understanding of provincial licensing requirements
Experience in financial management practices
Up to date health assessments and immunizations
