Drive engineering excellence for the Silvertip Project as Director at Coeur Mining in Northern British Columbia. Leading the project through all phases from feasibility to operational launch. The Director of Engineering Management will be responsible for overseeing all project engineering functions related to the Silvertip Project.

This critical position requires significant leadership experience, with a focus on delivering quality engineering through collaboration and safety compliance. Candidates must be adept in managing complex engineering designs and multi-disciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
Establish project safety and leadership standards
Ensure engineering oversight and control integration




Evaluate contractor delivery and monitor engineering quality
Facilitate coordination among engineering teams and stakeholders
Provide insights into design, risks, and closure of findings Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Geology required
Minimum of 15 years in major mining projects
Qualified engineer certification preferred
Advanced engineering operations management experience desired
Proven experience in leading large capital projects Lead engineering management and ensure project success at Coeur Mining's Silvertip Project.
