Join Haldimand & Norfolk Housing and Social Services as a Homelessness Prevention Intake/Diversion Worker in Simcoe, Ontario. - Conduct initial assessments for families at risk of homelessness

- Monitor client progress and provide follow-up support
- Work with community partners to enhance service delivery
- Keep detailed records of client assessments and interactions Requirements:
- Experience in community services or social work
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Understanding of homelessness issues and resources
- Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector, required
