Site Superintendent – Industrial Construction (GTA)

Are you the person subcontractors call when something needs to move? The person a client trusts to make the right call on the spot? The person your crew looks to when the schedule gets tight?

We're hiring a Site Superintendent to lead industrial builds across the Greater Toronto Area for a general contractor and construction manager built by three hands-on principals who still walk their own job sites.

This isn't a role where you just execute someone else's plan. Site leaders here get real authority to run their projects, direct access to a General Superintendent who mentors rather than micromanages, and a steady pipeline of ICI work that means job security without the boom-and-bust feel of smaller shops. Robust performers move into bigger, more complex projects fast.

What you'll be doing:

- Owning site health and safety, leading incident investigations and corrective action
- Building the subcontractor and stakeholder relationships that keep projects moving
- Leading site mobilization and set-up with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers to protect schedule and budget
- Tracking job progress and cost, reporting clearly to management




- Resolving client concerns and confirming design specs are being met on site

What you'll need:

- A construction-related degree/diploma plus 7+ years of Industrial Construction experience in the ICI sector (or equivalent training and experience)
- Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software
- Strong grasp of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specs and materials
- Current health and safety credentials such as Working at Heights, First Aid, and Basics of Supervision
