Become an integral part of our family-owned construction business as a skilled Excavator Operator. Leverage your experience with mid-size excavators to contribute to high-quality project outcomes. We are on the hunt for an Excavator Operator with at least 5 years of operating experience.
You will be instrumental in delivering our construction projects, working side-by-side with a dedicated team. Although a Construction Induction (White Card) is preferred, it is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively operate mid-size excavators in office
- Collaborate with the team to meet project goals
- Uphold standards for safety and quality
- Identify and resolve equipment challenges promptly
- Encourage an inclusive and supportive environment Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of excavator operating experience
- Experience handling mid-size excavators (5-15 tonnes)
- Preferred Construction Induction (White Card)
- Excellent team collaboration skills
