Your focus will be on overseeing crew activities, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining high safety standards on-site. You will be involved in complex plumbing retrofits and responsive to client needs while fostering teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plumbing crews to deliver quality workmanship
- Interpret and implement project drawings and specifications
- Install and maintain water supply and drainage systems
- Manage hydronic retrofits, including boilers and pumps
- Collaborate with subcontractors and enforce safety standards Requirements:
- Red Seal Certification in Plumbing or Steamfitting is essential
- At least 2 years of leadership experience required
- Proven experience managing contractor projects across trades
- Valid AB Driver’s License with valuable record
