About Us

Guided Growth is a neurodiversity‑affirming, strengths‑based agency serving families across Calgary. We provide collaborative, play‑based support across disciplines, with a focus on relationship‑centred practice, assent, and child‑led learning. Our team values warmth, professionalism, and ethical care.

We are hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team.

Role Overview

Clinicians will provide hybrid services (in‑home, community, and virtual) to pediatric clients. Collaboration across disciplines is central to our model, and clinicians must be comfortable working within a play‑based, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities (All Roles)

- Provide pediatric assessment and intervention for children ages 2–18
- Deliver strengths‑based, neuro‑affirming, child‑led support
- Offer parent coaching and home‑based strategies
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, BCBAs, and Developmental Support Workers
- Maintain transparent documentation, progress notes,



and professional communication
- Participate in multidisciplinary planning and team meetings

Required Qualifications (Role‑Specific)Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)

- Current registration with ACSLPA
- Pediatric experience preferred

Occupational Therapist (OT)

- Current registration with ACOT
- Pediatric experience preferred

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Active BCBA certification
- Experience with NDBI, NET, or child‑led ABA approaches

General Requirements (All Roles)

- Own vehicle and valid car insurance (travel required across Calgary)
- Professional liability insurance
- Clean Criminal Record Check, and IRC (Intervention Record Check)
- Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it after hiring
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid model
- Comfort with play‑based, multidisciplinary pediatric intervention
- Strong communication skills and family‑centred practice
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary, play‑based agency

Compensation

- Hourly compensation
- Competitive rates for SLP, OT, and BCBA services
