We are looking for a Cybersecurity Metrics & Controls Specialist with robust hands-on experience in Cybersecurity Controls, Controls Governance, Controls Testing, Metrics, KPIs/KRIs, and Risk & Compliance Reporting .

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and test Cybersecurity and Technology controls .
Develop security metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and Key Control Indicators (KCIs) .
Monitor control effectiveness and track remediation activities.
Support risk management, compliance, and executive reporting .
Work with Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
Define and document control and risk metrics based on business requirements and data.

Required Skills
10+ years of Information Security/IT experience.
5+ years of hands-on Cybersecurity/Technology Controls experience .
Solid experience in:
Cybersecurity Controls & Governance
Controls Design & Testing
Security Metrics, KPIs & KRIs
Risk & Compliance Reporting
Control Monitoring & Remediation
Knowledge of Cloud Security, IAM, Data Security, Network Security, Application Security, and Security Monitoring .
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
