Direct daily operations to achieve excellence goals
Communicate with children, families, and ministry personnel
Provide leadership through training and coaching
Safeguard health and wellness of all Centre members
Build partnerships with community leaders Requirements:
Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree required
RECE in positive standing with relevant supervisory experience
Childcare Management certificate is preferred
Understanding of CCYEA standards and regulations
