Required Qualifications
College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience or knowledge in cybersecurity, preferably in:
Security Operations (SOC)
Incident Management
Network Security
Vulnerability Management
Knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and the ability to apply them in a team-oriented team workplace.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Experience with ServiceNow is considered an asset.
Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand, analyze,
and document business requirements in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops to document current processes, identify pain points, and align stakeholders.
Map and document cross-functional processes, including roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and associated controls.
Identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities through evidence-based analysis.
Recommend practical solutions aimed at optimizing, simplifying, or standardizing operational processes and practices.
Produce and maintain key deliverables, including:
Process maps
Gap analyses
RACI matrices
Recommendations
Action plans
Act as a facilitator between cybersecurity teams, IT partners, and business stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of challenges and solutions.
