Altus Group is seeking a Cost Consultant for our Development Advisory division in downtown Toronto. You will review budgets, track costs, and forecast a cost-to-complete for projects, acting as an independent interface between lenders and developers.
In this role you will visit sites monthly, assess feasibility, review schedules, establish budgets, and provide monthly reporting on project progress and loan activity. Hybrid work options available in a energetic CRE setting.
