We’re seeking an enthusiastic Practice Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our dental clinic while creating exceptional patient experiences at the front desk. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership and hands-on involvement.

Monday & Tuesday & Wednesday & Thursday 8am-4pm

Friday - 8am-3pm

As our Dental Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dentist and team while creating a positive setting for patients and working as a Full-time administrator.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Dental Administration role and/or Minimum 1 year in Dental Practice Managment role




Proficient with all administrator duties including but not limited to office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for predeterminations, scheduling staff,etc.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supervising staff members
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
Expectational customer service, takes initiative, sense of urgency, motivates team.

Wage expectation is based on experience - $34/hr- $40/hr Dental Choice provides a supportive work workplace where our team members have the prospect to learn and grow as well as provide exceptional patient care.
