Oversee all active construction projects, ensuring timelines are met
Identify opportunities for process standardization and growth

Conduct daily project reviews and risk assessments
Foster robust relationships with clients and subcontractors Requirements:
5+ years of management experience in construction
Bilingual in French and English is a plus
