Drive Compliance strategies at Canada Life as the Director of Compliance Governance. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance governance and reporting while being pivotal in regulatory compliance. In this permanent full time role, you will report directly to the AVP Corporate Compliance.

You will manage the planning and execution of compliance reporting for the Canadian segment and lead the evolution of governance structures. Your expertise will guide the development of frameworks, methodologies, and tools aligned with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance governance, strategy, and regulatory alignment
Enhance the Canadian Regulatory Compliance Management Framework
Manage quarterly Compliance reports, ensuring quality and impact




Lead initiatives supporting Risk Appetite Framework compliance
Foster relationships within Compliance and business partners Requirements:
6–9+ years in compliance or regulatory roles
Robust knowledge of Canadian regulatory expectations
Proven ability to enhance compliance management frameworks
Experience engaging with regulators and senior executives
University degree required; compliance designations a plus Lead Compliance governance with strategic tools and frameworks to support Canada Life's regulatory landscape.
