Join Mount Washington Alpine Resort as a Snowboard Instructor & Trainer, focusing on lessons and staff training. This seasonal, full-time position runs from December through April, supporting adventure and community. As a Level 3 or 4 instructor, you will coordinate and deliver training sessions, shadow lessons, and cultivate a positive learning setting.

Your role includes leading meetings, maintaining training documentation, and compliance with resort standards, all while promoting exceptional guest service in a winter wonderland. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct snowboard staff training and mentorship sessions
- Facilitate morning meetings and organize training environments
- Update training and coaching logs accurately
- Create individualized training plans to enhance staff skills
- Provide snowboard lessons when not engaged in training Requirements:
- At least Level 3 CASI certification with Evaluator status
- Effective communication skills and team collaboration
- Prior experience with children in a training context
- Valid criminal record check mandatory
