As part of the CTSSD team, you will help lead the evolution of TD's Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) platforms, driving cloud transformation, enhancing developer productivity, and delivering secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that support enterprise modernization and operational excellence. Lead the Atlassian Cloud transformation strategy, driving Jira platform modernization, migration planning and execution, customization rationalization, integration readiness, stakeholder alignment, and operational adoption across enterprise technology teams Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, React, Spring Boot, and Spring Security Drive modernization efforts (upgrades, performance optimization, best practices) Participate in application architecture and solution design to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation initiatives, and development best practices Mentor developers and provide technical leadership You’ll work closely with application development, platform engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver and support enterprise-scale solutions. 8+ years of front-end software development experience with Java, React, Spring Boot, and Spring Security ~ Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments ~ Strong understanding of application architecture, system design, and software design patterns ~ Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues ~ Experience working within Agile software development environments Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Understanding of Linux infrastructure, networking fundamentals, load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, and firewall configurations Experience with Jira Administration (Data Center and/or Cloud), including workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, screens, and automation Familiarity with enterprise DevOps, platform engineering, and application modernization initiatives Working knowledge of PEGA is considered a strong asset TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
