Software Developers You will develop critical software that engineering teams use to implement and analyze our algorithmic trading strategies. Building scalable and performant software using software engineering best practices.

Facilitating discussions on code implementation, testing, software architecture best practices.

Driving projects and leading new initiatives.

Actively engaging with others on the development team to resolve challenging design and coding issues.

A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Computer Science,



Software Engineering or equivalent.

2 to 10 years of experience building software systems.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Solid knowledge and experience in at least one of these languages or frameworks: Python, C++ or Java.

Experience in more than one is an asset.

Experience with network programming and Cloud, familiar with TCP/IP, and a good understanding of routing protocols.

Experience with any of these technologies is an asset: Experience with relational databases is an asset (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle).
