Your role is vital in promoting housing stability. Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential customer service in various settings
Conduct housing needs assessments using established tools
Divert clients to suitable community supports
Facilitate emergency housing for those in need
Maintain thorough and accurate client records Requirements:
Two-year diploma in Social Services or related area
Experience working with homelessness and crisis support
Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Knowledge of community services and resources
