Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of bringing building projects to life by assisting with a variety of tasks in office. Your energy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction projects.

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment under supervision to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and material handling
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work as needed for various structures
Support carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, and drywall installation
Apply caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying,



and electrical experience to contribute to finishing work
Assist with plumbing and restoration projects by following technical instructions and safety protocols

Skills
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
Basic understanding of construction estimating and project timelines
Experience in carpentry, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, or flooring installation is a plus
Knowledge of construction safety procedures and protocols
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
