Overview

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and quality food to our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and protected work environment.

Duties
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Handle cash transactions with accuracy while following proper cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure food safety.
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.




Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when needed.
