Construction Labourer (Growth Chance)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Exterior and interior waterproofing work
Excavation, foundation repairs, and drainage systems
Working as part of a team on residential and commercial projects
Developing hands-on skills with long-term growth potential
Role Expectations: This is physically demanding, hands-on construction work.
Success in this role requires reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
$25 – $28 per hour, based on experience
Wage review after 90 days, with potential increase based on performance
Opportunities for advancement into lead hand or crew leadership roles
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of construction experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Interest in long-term growth and development
