You will lead and mentor a team, ensuring accurate financial processes and reporting. Collaborate with the CFO and FP&A; Manager to drive financial initiatives that enhance profitability and operational success. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial management of resort operations
Supervise accounts receivable, payable, and payroll
Manage a team, providing guidance and feedback
Implement policies ensuring accurate financial reporting
Assist in developing annual budgets with FP&A; Manager Requirements:
Accounting designation (CA/CPA/CMA/CGA) required
Hospitality finance experience required
Familiarity with commercial lease agreements
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI
