We are hiring full-time, permanent Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide excellent service to our clients and support our products and services.

What You’ll Do
Handle a high volume of customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Identify customer needs and provide clear, tailored solutions
Accurately document information in our customer management system
Meet or exceed performance goals
Work with your team to ensure a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Fluent, transparent written and spoken English
Strong customer service skills (retail or hospitality experience is an asset)
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Reliable attendance and availability for 40 hours per week, scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday
