In this position, you will help customers inside and outside the U-Haul center, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and ensure vehicle readiness. Additionally, on-the-job education and certifications for equipment handling are provided. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
Use smartphone technology for rentals and inventory
Clean and inspect equipment regularly
Prepare rental invoices and accept returns
Drive a forklift (certification available) Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and valuable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs
Willingness to participate in continuous education
