Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, project management, and delivering impactful consulting solutions to Indigenous peoples and organizations. You'll have the chance to mentor junior team members while enhancing community relations. Key Responsibilities:
Propose and plan consulting engagements focused on strategy
Conduct research, interviews, and surveys for client needs




Provide actionable insights through thorough data analysis
Develop high-quality deliverables like reports and presentations
Participate in business development and proposal efforts Requirements:
Minimum 4 to 5 years of consulting experience
Familiarity with Indigenous communities preferred
Bachelor's or master’s in business, political science, or similar
Robust project management and communication skills
CMC, PMP, or related certifications advantageous Engage with Indigenous communities to foster growth and understanding through impactful consulting.
