The Cost

Consultant will oversee project budgets, track costs, and facilitate communication between lenders and developers. Reviewing construction progress and risks will be part of your monthly responsibilities. A background in construction management or engineering, paired with practical experience, is fundamental for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Review monthly progress claims in office
Establish and manage project budgets
Conduct feasibility studies for recent projects
Monitor development schedules for compliance
Prepare reports for lenders regarding loan disbursements Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Over 3 years of experience in project monitoring
Solid knowledge of construction contracts
Excellent time management and communication abilities
