Oversee operational excellence in TPA and claims activities
Mentor team managers and maintain high performance
Execute business plans in line with AXA’s transformation initiatives
Drive productivity improvements using Lean methodologies
Ensure timely and quality management of outsourced claims

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field
8+ years in management, experience with client interactions
Proven leadership skills with cross-functional teams
Understanding of claims and cost containment processes
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
