Your experience will inform initiatives aimed at tackling issues around Jewish safety, advocacy, and identity, while fostering robust volunteer networks. This senior role calls for a visionary leader passionate about community-driven change. Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage grassroots organizing initiatives
Build strategic partnerships with community stakeholders
Implement large-scale advocacy campaigns and activities
Coach and support volunteer networks in their efforts
Analyze engagement data to enhance strategy effectiveness Requirements:
At least 7–10 years in grassroots activism or organizing
Experience with public affairs and community relations
Solid leadership and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Knowledge of CRM systems considered an asset Take a leading role in community engagement and mobilization with UJA Federation to drive meaningful impact.
