Shape community connections and grassroots activism as the Senior Manager of Community Engagement at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. Drive impactful strategies and mobilization efforts. Create and manage grassroots organizing initiatives
Build strategic partnerships with community stakeholders
Implement large-scale advocacy campaigns and activities




Coach and support volunteer networks in their efforts
Analyze engagement data to enhance strategy effectiveness Requirements:
At least 7–10 years in grassroots activism or organizing
Experience with public affairs and community relations
Solid leadership and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
