Function as a clinical mentor and resource for teams
Support implementation of best practices in care
Manage clinical and operational quality improvement initiatives
Oversee documentation standards and evaluation processes
Promote strategies based on trauma-informed care Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing mandatory
Active CARNA registration required
3 to 5 years clinical experience in mental health required
Preferred 2 to 3 years of leadership experience
