Perform comprehensive site inspections of elevator systems
Review and address elevator maintenance issues
Verify code compliance for all equipment
Communicate recommendations effectively to clients
Prepare project reports, letters, and documentation Requirements:
5+ years of experience in construction or related field
Knowledgeable in elevator installation and maintenance
Detail-oriented with solid coordination abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
