You will play a critical role in enhancing safety, quality, and productivity while managing the purchasing system and interfacing with suppliers. Communication skills are essential for collaboration with plant personnel and supplier teams. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver improvements in safety and productivity
Manage purchasing systems for tooling
Validate machining processes and equipment
Develop MTO plans for production
Lead engineering efforts with suppliers and plant staff Requirements:
Five years of experience in tool engineering
Robust background in a machining workplace
Team-oriented with leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
