This role is centered around enhancing resident and family relationships, ensuring quality interactions, and leading a supportive team to meet the needs of residents through innovative care practices. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Memory Living team to provide quality services
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
Oversee the implementation of person-centered care plans
Design and facilitate daily activities that promote engagement
Ensure all staff complete necessary training and compliance Requirements:
Two years of experience working in dementia care
Previous management role is an asset
Valid Registered Practical Nurse certification
Experience with behavioral education certifications is preferred
