Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weekend only 9am-1pm Condo Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of condominium common areas, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in residential or commercial cleaning to contribute to a professional and friendly environment.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of condo common areas including vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms, including appliance cleaning and floor care
Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols
Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues
Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistency across all units
Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or deep cleans when required
Drive a tractor to move garbage

Qualifications




Proven experience in residential condo cleaning, janitorial work is preferred
Knowledge of floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and general custodial practices
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
Prior experience with commercial condo cleaning
