Are you passionate about great food and energized by a busy kitchen? Steamworks Mount Pleasant is hiring full-time and part-time kitchen team members for our Main Street location.

We're looking for dependable, motivated people who take pride in their work, thrive under pressure, and enjoy being part of a team-oriented team. In this role, you'll help prepare, cook, and serve quality food while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

What You'll Do
Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently to specification.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, front-of-house employees, and management.
Complete inventory checks and help maintain appropriate stock levels.
Inspect ingredients regularly to ensure quality and freshness.
Meet ticket-time standards while maintaining food quality.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and protected, following all health and sanitation requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, efficiency, and cost control.

What You'll Bring
Restaurant cooking experience, preferably in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
A self-motivated, results-driven attitude and robust work ethic.
The ability to stay focused and perform well under pressure.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound judgment and the confidence to make independent decisions when needed.
A positive, reliable, team-first approach.
FoodSafe certification.
First Aid Level 1 is an asset.
