Essential skills include trauma-informed practices and a deep understanding of child development. Engage with families and contribute to a cooperative approach to care. Key Responsibilities:
Implement structured activities aligned with developmental stages
Support mothers regarding their child’s engagement
Follow behavior management policies and procedures
Document client interactions and report on concerns
Manage risks and ensure children's safety in play areas Requirements:
Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certificate required
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Knowledge of child development and trauma sensitivity
First Aid and ongoing training certifications
Strong communication and organizational skills Empower children and families through dedicated care and supportive programming at FearIsNotLove.
