Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Placer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks related to concrete installation. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

Duties
Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures and surfaces.
Perform concrete forming, including setting up molds and frameworks for concrete pours.
Engage in concrete finishing tasks, ensuring smooth surfaces and proper texture.
Support flooring installation projects, including the application of different materials as required.
Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps in concrete applications.
Collaborate with carpenters on installation projects, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment.
Carry out heavy lifting tasks as necessary, moving materials and equipment safely around the job site.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements




Proven experience in concrete labor or related fields is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, flooring installation, and masonry techniques is advantageous.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication with colleagues.
Commitment to maintaining safety standards in office at all times.
