Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
Monitor food inventory and prep as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with closing duties (dishes, sweep & mop)
Assist in the development of new menu items

Skills
Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food service regulations and safety standards
Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and methods
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
