Reporting to the Producer, the Episodic Director will carry the Series Director's vision through all phases of production.

You will create Shooting Guides, oversee character performances, and work with Animation Leads. This role demands robust planning, management, and communication skills to ensure remarkable storytelling and performance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop Shooting Guides based on creative direction
Provide feedback and guidance to Animation Leads
Review animation submissions and offer constructive criticism
Collaborate with Editors to enhance episode flow
Attend Lighting and FX hand-off meetings for clarity Requirements:
2+ years'

experience in a directorial role
Solid understanding of animation techniques and timing
Knowledge of storytelling principles and structure
Excellent planning and management skills
